SAVE SAFE
Just a minor update to address some of the smaller things like NVSE Requirement pop-ups at the start of a new game, which were already fine to ignore to begin with.
HIP and IS controls have been adjusted for more oomphier feelings and not floating weapons. B42 Optic patches have been updated as well.
For new additions, the awesome Camp McCarran Functional Windows mod has been added, which adds dynamic lighting inside of the McCarran building during the day time. For new characters and playthroughs, Character Build Presets has been added which can randomize a new preset for you, or if you wish to save a build you had before, can now be done here.
Not having the Lucky 38 in the Wasteland for Nevada is a known issue right now, I am looking into it. A conflict with Goodies is also known, so please just workaround that for now until I can fix it.
